# Team Tokenomics

Team take lives on this page. It is not restated inside Genesis parameters, mint-to-swap, or premium issuance.

## SHYT tax: 20% development

Every SHYT trade takes **5%**. **20%** of that tax funds development. **80%** is Treasury. That split lasts for the life of the tax — not Phase I only. [SHYT Tokenomics](/dual-token/shyt).

**LP fees are not this tax.** Buy HOLI **0**; sell HOLI **1% exit fee**, as **LP fee** **in the pool or extracted to Treasury per the contract**. That 1% belongs to **protocol-owned liquidity**. **Developers take no cut of LP fees.** [Fee Structure](/treasury-mgmt/amm-fees).

## SHYT: 10% milestone unlock

**Team vesting:** team holds **10% of purchased SHYT total supply**. Those tokens are already issued. Unlock is a release of a lock, not a mint. It is not a linear dump from listing day.

Milestone unlock. Condition is **either** SHYT market cap **or** House of Liquidity Treasury TVL.

**2% + 3% + 5%** = the team's **10%**. Unmet remainder **stays locked**.

SHYT is **fully circulating**; **market cap = FDV**. SHYT otherwise does not inflate. See [SHYT Tokenomics](/dual-token/shyt).

## HOLI: team management mint

**HOLI management mint is separate from SHYT vesting.** From Genesis start date, every **365 days**, mint **1% of then HOLI total supply** <Md expr="S_t" /> to the **dev address**. Not 1% of NAV, and not a deduction from <Md expr="A_t" />. It does **not** use 69% credits. It does **not** consume the 7-day [inflation quiet](/launch/quiet-period) — it **still runs on its own rules** that week. New HOLI is **external** and **enlarges the NAV denominator**; **no matching assets** enter the Treasury. **NAV-dilutive**.
