# Main-channel Eligibility

**Main-channel eligibility:** first hour limited to the **NET / SHROOM / SHYT snapshot whitelist**; thereafter **open to all addresses**.

This page is who may subscribe to the [USDG main channel](/launch/genesis). It is not the [SHYT green channel](/launch/green-channel). **Per-address cap: $1,000.** Quota, planned **$1 / HOLI**, optional Dutch auction, and **full-quota issuance of 200,000 HOLI to USDG subscribers** live on the main-channel page.

The whitelist is a **fixed block snapshot before the Genesis trigger**. Meeting **any one** of the conditions below qualifies. **Specific threshold numbers are published before the trigger.**

| NET holders | NET balance at snapshot meets the threshold | Reserve-currency community; HOLI extends that design |
| SHROOM holders | SHROOM balance at snapshot meets the threshold | Liquidity-hub community; HOLI extends that design |
| SHYT holders and traders | SHYT balance **or** cumulative volume at snapshot meets the threshold | Early participants who directly supplied trading tax and buyback flow for the Treasury cold start |

After the first hour ends, the **main channel is open to any address** until the **$200,000** quota is exhausted **or** the window closes.
